Have not heard from Scottie since his arrival in Cape Coast but we were pleasently surprised to hear from his District Leader (Elder Kitchen) who is from our Ward. Elder Kitchen writes "Scottie is in my District and is doing great. His companion is a great guy from the Layton area. He really couldn't have gotten a better trainer in the Mission. Odoben is kind of a little village but it's a great place to be. He won't be able to email today because it's kind of far for them to come on Mondays so they will instead email on Tuesday's when they come to District meeting. Just know that he is safe and he's in a great apartment with four great Missionaries. He's a really lucky guy. So I'll be seeing him quite a bit for the next little while."
